WELCOME TO LAKESHORE FESTIVAL. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERN YOUR USE OF OUR PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING OR USING TOPPER HUB, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lakeshore Music Festival website, purchase of tickets, and attendance at the event. Lakeshore Music Festival("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, or attending the festival, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by Lakeshore Music Festival.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any ticket order at our discretion.
Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. Price at the time of purchase will be honored.
Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets or wristbands will not be replaced.
2. Event Admission
Lakeshore Music Festival is an 18+ event. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee at our sole discretion, without refund.
Attendees must comply with all posted rules, signage, and instructions from event staff and security.
Re-entry policies will be communicated at the time of the event. Unless otherwise stated, no re-entry is permitted.
3. Assumption of Risk
Attendance at Lakeshore Music Festival is at your own risk. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks related to the event, including but not limited to:
Exposure to loud music and sound levels that may cause hearing damage
Exposure to outdoor elements including heat, cold, rain, and sun
Physical injury from crowds, uneven terrain, or festival structures
Exposure to strobe lights, lasers, pyrotechnics, or other visual effects
Illness or allergic reactions
4. Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. The following are prohibited:
Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
Weapons of any kind
Violence, harassment, or threatening behavior
Unauthorized recording equipment or professional cameras
Unauthorized vending, solicitation, or distribution of materials
Any items prohibited by the venue or event staff
Violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the event without refund and potential legal action.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lakeshore Music Festival its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Your attendance at or participation in the festival
Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
Personal injury or illness
Actions of other attendees, vendors, or third parties
Event cancellation, postponement, or schedule changes
6. Event Changes & Cancellation
Lineup, schedule, venue, and event details are subject to change without notice.
Lakeshore Music Festival is not obligated to provide refunds due to lineup changes, schedule modifications, or partial event cancellations (e.g., weather-related stage closures).
In the event of a full cancellation by the organizer, ticket holders will be notified of refund or credit options.
7. Photo, Video & Media Release
By attending Lakeshore Music Festival, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. You grant Lakeshore Music Festival and its authorized agents the irrevocable right to use your likeness, image, voice, and appearance in any media for promotional, commercial, or editorial purposes without compensation or further consent.
8. SMS & Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive messages from Lakeshore Music Festival, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages, including:
Event updates and announcements
Ticket and order confirmations
Promotional offers and lineup reveals
Safety and weather alerts during the event
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message. Text HELP for support. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Intellectual Property

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
